Why promote with famvent?

Promoting to your school allows users to easily connect with one another's ideas. When users promote they can grab other students' interest and can go from there. Users can gain more recognition their selected school. Please note that this depends on what the student wants to promote and if it's valid enough to continue forward. To prevent clutter within the home feed, students can see their promotions in the advisory section on famvent.

How much are promotions?

Promoting will be free of charge from the end of summer 2023 to the beginning of winter 2023.

How do I promote?

Users who wish to promote themselves will need to submit a self made promotion and wait until it is verified to prevent abuse. We will try to reach everyone's submissions and review them as soon as possible. To promote please hit the menu button next to "Edit profile" on the profile page and continue down until you see "School promotions."
